Chacewater Millennium Green Trust

Chacewater Millennium Green Trust was established by Trust Deed in June 1998 as part of the national Millennium Green initiative, with the aim of creating and safeguarding a lasting green space for the village of Chacewater. The Green was formally opened in 2000 and continues to serve as an important open space for the community.

The land is owned by Chacewater Parish Council and is held on a 999-year lease to the Trust, securing its long-term protection for public use.

The Green is managed and cared for by volunteer trustees and local volunteers, providing a welcoming space for informal recreation, quiet enjoyment and community events for residents and visitors alike.
