Chacewater Old Recreation Ground Trust

Chacewater Old Recreation Ground Trust is a charity founded in 1969 to safeguard land formerly used as a recreation ground for the benefit of the local community.

The land itself was conveyed by Deed of Gift from the Tregothnan Estate in 1953 and is now occupied by The Square Car Park. It is owned by Chacewater Parish Council and held for public benefit, with the charity overseeing the site in accordance with its charitable purposes.

The Trust is administered by volunteer trustees, ensuring the site continues to serve residents and visitors as a community asset.
