Chacewater Recreation Ground Trust

Chacewater Recreation Ground Trust is a charity established under a Deed of Indenture dated 9 May 1924, with a Scheme of the Charity Commission dated 13 August 2004, to hold and manage the Recreation Ground for the benefit of the people of Chacewater and the surrounding district. Its object is the provision and maintenance of open space, facilities and buildings for recreation, amateur sport and general public use. 

The land is held in accordance with the historic deed by Chacewater Parish Council and continues to be used to support community recreation and leisure activities. The charity is governed by volunteer trustees and works to ensure the site remains available for informal recreation and community use throughout the parish.
